Individual therapy for relationship issues
For adults across NY & NJ
Relationships can be the source of some of life’s greatest joys…and some of its greatest stresses, too.
You’re having the same arguments over and over with your partner or noticing that you often end up in mismatched or unhealthy relationships. Maybe the division of labor in your home is leaving you resentful or angry at the end of each day. Perhaps you’re struggling as a parent: wondering if you’re doing it “right” or how your own upbringing impacts how you raise your children.

HOW INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR RELATIONSHIP ISSUES WORKS
At the end of the day, we can’t control how others respond or react. We can only control ourselves. In therapy, we’ll examine your own experiences and contributions to your relationships, tune into your needs & values, and help you cultivate connections that feel healthy, fulfilling, and aligned with what’s important to you.
Many of our clients come to therapy with questions about their relationships. They may want help with various skills or they may be confused about what is causing problems. We’ll help you look at what’s going on under the surface.
This deeper insight into yourself and your experiences can help disrupt old or unhelpful patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
With the right therapist, you should feel comfortable discussing and examining anything that is important to you including romantic relationships, your sex life, friendships, or parenting. We want to help you thrive in every area of your life.
