HOW GRIEF COUNSELING WORKS

We want to hear about what you’ve experienced and how you’re feeling. Your therapist can help you process your loss so that you can re-enter the flow of life when you are ready.

We understand that different types of losses bring up different questions. If you are navigating a divorce or breakup, we’ll help you look at why the relationship ended and how you can take what you learned into your next one. If you are grieving the loss of someone close to you, we’ll support you in finding ways to honor the memory of that person as you move into the future.

Express

You can be as sad as you need to be for as long as you need to be. This is a safe place where you can experience, express, and process this loss without fear of criticism or judgment.
