Stephanie Zola, PsyD.

LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

I want to help you become your most authentic self.

Chances are you want to start therapy because you have lost connection in some way: to your loved ones, to your goals and ambitions, and even to yourself. Or perhaps you struggle to form meaningful connections and feel isolated and alone. This lack of connection may lead to feelings of sadness, emptiness, and anxiety and can make it difficult to imagine a path forward. My hope is that together we can navigate a new chapter, one that allows you to feel a greater sense of possibility and opportunity.

Ideally the therapeutic process is driven by openness and curiosity. My goal is for you to view yourself in this light rather than with judgement or fear. You can then come to appreciate parts of yourself that may be hidden or disregarded and can create a life that reflects who you really are, rather than who you feel doomed or destined to be.

We will work together as partners to understand how aspects of your personal history influence your life today. As we explore old patterns, they begin to lose their power, allowing for new ways of experiencing yourself and the the world around you.

I truly love the work that I do and it is a privilege to get to accompany my patients on this journey. I have been in private practice for over 20 years and have had extensive training and education in the area of relational psychoanalysis. I am grateful that the field of psychology allows for unlimited learning and growth so that I may continue to find new and innovative ways to help and understand my patients. I have co-founded this practice as a way to create a community of like-minded, passionate clinicians.
