Natalie Kramer, LCSW

LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

I’m here to help you find meaning and growth in your life.

We all share the experience of confusing emotions and nagging concerns. When facing big decisions or transitions—whether in your family, job, or relationships—it can be difficult to reconcile your own feelings with the change. You may feel flooded by emotions while managing all of the demands that are placed on you, or it might feel so overwhelming that you’re not sure what you feel.

I work with clients who are looking for a place where they can explore their concerns and freely process the questions and uncertainties they’re experiencing. I encourage curiosity about themselves and their decisions, so that they may move forward with increased life satisfaction.

Navigating complex issues from the past or concerns for the future requires a therapist who is not only supportive but nonjudgmental.   I don’t view myself as the “expert” in the room, but rather a relatable, real, and understanding ally on your journey.

I am a seasoned clinical social worker with years of mental health experience in hospital, community health, and private practice settings. I continue to pursue advanced clinical education and have also received specialized training in supporting the mental health needs of healthcare and frontline workers in the midst of the pandemic.
